Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) provide local voice services. These CLECs have either notified the Commission that they intend to provide service as of a proposed date or are already providing service in an exchange. The Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) is also listed for each exchange.
