In the past month I have had wonderful customer service experiences with Rogers Cable and Rogers Wireless. I upgraded to a higher quality TV and Internet service (Ignite TV) and separately I increased my mobile data package. Two different sales and customer service representatives were extremely clear and helpful in explaining the terms of these new service offerings. In both cases my monthly rate increased and the length of my contractual period was altered. They clarified this multiple times to ensure that I understood that the higher value services I would be subscribing to would come with a higher price. I was also directed to the website for additional information, where I found that both the terms of service and other available options were clearly laid out. My experiences with this telecom carrier have continuously improved for the past two years and I find that they are far easier to deal with and much more clear and open in their communication than they were just 3-4 years ago.
