First thing: Antenna and basic cable should prevail.

Digital signal to antenna TV is a right for everyone, it should remain free.
Besides, it's not like you're getting a lot of channels anyway. People that doesn't want to pay for cable would either get Antenna or just not watch TV at all.

Analog cable should also stay. People can't afford to rent boxes in all rooms, so just a little bit of channels to be able to watch is good enough for casually frequented rooms or basement.

Now, we also want Net Neutrality to prevail.
If Rogers or Bell don't like services like Netflix, then they should just improve the UI (User Interface) of their cable services.

Live Cable Channels should not be mixed with On Demand Channels, like Rogers has currently setup.
Guide should be used only on live channels, another UI should be created for those On Demand Channels.
You do that, more people will want your service.

Mobile phones should have a free app allowing them to get free Digital Antenna TV as it should be.
But only the channels available in their respective regions.
If Bell wants to charge people for more channels, that's fine, however this also means that other companies should have the right to do the same.

First of all, Bell, if you're listening, nobody wants to pay that much for very little TV time. It should just be free and included in your service. I know it is with wi-fi, but there's been free broadcasting for decades, it's not like you're going to interact with it like with the internet, there's no upload and changing channels can be done within the app itself.

Every other provider should also be allowed to do the same have have access to Antenna Broadcasting and redistribution.
Like I said, the Digital Antenna Channels within reach should just be free for everyone.

That's all, just ask Bell to have their Fiber and Fiberop (Atlantic) network available in a wider area to at least rival Roger's and go where they are.
